About the Firm

The Maple Group, Inc. provides construction management services to a diverse group of clientele for custom residential and small commercial projects.  Since its establishment in 1997, The Maple Group, Inc. has taken pride in providing services of the highest quality for every project, whether it be for a small bathroom or kitchen renovation, a multi-million-dollar custom home or the fit-out of corporate offices.  We offer a custom package of services for each project, specifically geared towards each client’s needs and goals.  Services are available from the earliest stage of project conception through design, construction documents, bidding, construction and project close-out.

The Maple Group, Inc. is headed by Marianne T. Boyle, its President, who oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.  Marianne brings decades of design and management experience to the company.  She has managed large projects and supervised teams of designers at some of the country’s largest design firms.  As a woman owned business, we can assist in meeting any quotas that are required for your project.

The management of all projects is headed by Patrick Croke.  Patrick is a licensed Architect

with over 30 years of project management experience.  He is registered in multiple states and is LEED accredited.

As a licensed Architect, Patrick understands the design reasoning, goals of the detailing and the importance of the integration of the many facets of the project that many other managers may not completely understand.  He remains intimately involved with every aspect of each project, from its earliest stage through completion.  He understands the value of your time and the importance of your project; he is available to address all of your needs and make sure

that your project is a success!
